Dashboards & Data Analysis Services

Dashboards built around the decisions you actually need to make, wired to your real data sources — not another BI tool nobody opens after the first week.

Dashboards in Looker Studio, Metabase, or the BI tool you already have — not another tool to learn
Data warehouse setup (BigQuery, Postgres) when spreadsheets stop scaling
ETL pipelines connecting product, ads, CRM and finance data into one source of truth
Built around the decisions you actually need to make, not a wall of charts
Documented, so your team can extend it without us
Ongoing support for new questions as the business changes
Works with the data you already have — no rip-and-replace required

Built around decisions, not a wall of charts

Most dashboards fail the same way: someone builds 40 charts because the data was available, nobody agrees on what the numbers mean, and the dashboard gets opened once and never again. We start from the other end — what decision does this need to support — and build backward to the handful of metrics that actually answer it.

What we build

  • Dashboards — in the tool your team already uses (Looker Studio, Metabase) or a new one if none exists yet, wired to real data, not a static screenshot.
  • Data warehouses — BigQuery or Postgres, once spreadsheets and direct connections stop scaling to your data volume.
  • ETL pipelines — connecting product, ad platform, CRM and finance data into one place, so blended metrics (like true CAC) are a query, not a weekly spreadsheet exercise.

Handed off, not held hostage

Every build is documented well enough that your team can extend it without coming back to us for every new question — the tools we use are ones your team can open and edit directly, not a proprietary system only we can touch. Ongoing Data Support exists for teams that would rather keep the relationship than build that internal capability, not because the alternative locks you in.

Frequently Asked Questions

We already have data in [tool] — can you work with what we have?
Almost always, yes. Most engagements start with your existing sources — Google Ads, GA4, your CRM, your product database — rather than asking you to migrate to something new first. If a source genuinely cannot support what you need (a spreadsheet nobody updates, for instance), we say so and scope the fix, but we do not default to rip-and-replace.
Do we need a data warehouse, or is a spreadsheet-connected dashboard enough?
If your data lives in 2–3 sources and updates daily or less often, a direct-connected dashboard (Starter tier) is usually enough and considerably cheaper. A warehouse earns its cost once you are joining data across 5+ sources, need historical snapshots that source systems do not keep, or update volume makes live queries slow. We tell you which situation you are in before quoting, not after.
How do you decide what metrics actually matter?
We start from the decisions the dashboard needs to support, not a generic metrics list — what would you actually change if a number moved? A dashboard with 40 metrics nobody acts on is worse than one with 8 that drive real decisions. This is a short scoping conversation before we build anything, not something we guess at.
Can you connect ad platforms, CRM and product analytics into one dashboard?
Yes — this is most of the value of the Full BI Setup tier. Seeing ad spend, pipeline and product usage in one place is what lets you actually calculate blended CAC or true funnel conversion, instead of eyeballing three separate tools and guessing at the relationship between them.
Who maintains the dashboards after they're built?
You can, since everything is documented and built on tools your team can edit directly — no proprietary lock-in. If you would rather not, Ongoing Data Support keeps us on retainer for maintenance, new report requests and a monthly review, which is usually cheaper than a dedicated hire for a need that is real but not full-time.
How is this different from just hiring a data analyst?
A data analyst is a full-time hire for an ongoing need, with the recruiting timeline and cost that implies. This is for the more common case: you need the infrastructure and the first set of dashboards built correctly, then either light ongoing support or a clean handoff to your own team — without carrying a full-time analyst salary for work that is not there every week yet.
