Refund Policy for Digitelia’s Online Courses
1. Scope of this policy
This refund policy applies exclusively to Digitelia’s paid online courses:
- Digital Marketing 3.0
- AI Product Builder
These courses combine:
- Recorded video lectures and learning materials (accessible in a student dashboard)
- Live group sessions (Q&A, mentorship, or other scheduled classes)
- Homework assignments and instructor feedback
This policy does not apply to consulting, freelance services, or any other Digitelia offering — only to the two named courses.
2. Your general rights and the withdrawal-right mechanism
By paying for a course, you gain access to distance-learning content for a set period. Under consumer-protection law for distance contracts, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within a certain period after payment (a “cooling-off” right).
However, Digitelia grants you access to course materials and live sessions immediately after payment, at your express prior request. By paying, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are requesting that service delivery (access to materials and sessions) begin without delay from the moment of payment.
- Once Digitelia grants you this access, your withdrawal right is limited under the terms of this policy (Section 3).
- You understand that once service delivery has begun, you lose the unconditional right to a refund, except in circumstances expressly provided for in this policy.
If you do not agree to this mechanism, please do not pay for the course, or email digitelia.info@gmail.com to discuss alternative arrangements.
3. When you can get a refund
3.1. Cooling-off period (before the course starts and in its early stages)
You can request a no-questions-asked refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Your request is submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days before your course’s scheduled start date
- The start date is stated in your order confirmation or student dashboard.
- The request must reach Digitelia (at digitelia.info@gmail.com) before this deadline.

You have not yet attended any live session of the course
- Attendance means being present (camera on or off, speaking or silent) during any Q&A, mentorship, or other scheduled session.
- If a session was recorded, simply watching the recording afterward does not count as attending the live session.

You have not accessed more than one of the first four recorded lectures of the course
- “Accessed” means opening a video lecture in the student dashboard and watching it for at least 1 minute, or scrolling through its content.
- If the course is structured by modules/blocks rather than lectures, the equivalent limit is one of the first four learning blocks.
If all three conditions are met, Digitelia will refund 100% of the amount paid, no questions asked.
3.2. No refund once the course has begun
Once either the first live session has taken place (regardless of your attendance), or you have accessed more than one of the first four recorded lectures (or the equivalent in modules/blocks), a cash refund is no longer available. Instead, you may use the alternative remedy described in Section 5.
4. How to request a refund
4.1. How to submit a request
To request a refund, send an email to:

Emails are reviewed on business days (Mon–Fri), 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Kyiv time.
4.2. What to include
Please include:
- Your name (as it appears on your order)
- Email address linked to your student account (if any)
- Course name you paid for (“Digital Marketing 3.0” or “AI Product Builder”)
- Date and time of payment
- Amount paid
- Payment method (card, bank transfer, cash — this helps us locate your payment)
- A brief explanation (optional — we won’t require proof, but it helps us improve)

Hello,
I’d like to request a refund for the “Digital Marketing 3.0” course, paid on July 3, 2026 at approximately 2:30 PM, for $199. My student account is registered under ivan.example@gmail.com, paid by Visa card. I’ve decided the course isn’t right for me right now and would like a refund.

4.3. Processing timeline
- We review your request within 3 business days of receipt.
- We will email you with the outcome (approved / declined) and, if approved, refund details.
- If approved, we initiate the refund within 1 business day of approval.
- Final delivery of funds depends on your bank and payment method:
- Card payments (Visa/Mastercard): typically 3–7 days
- Bank transfers: typically 5–10 days
- Cash: handled individually (see 4.4)
- Important: delays on your bank’s side are outside Digitelia’s control. If more than 10 days pass, contact your bank or email us for a status check.
4.4. Cash payments
If the course was paid in cash (not online), the refund is arranged individually. Email digitelia.info@gmail.com with details of the amount and where payment was made.
5. Alternative to a refund: transferring to another course or date
Instead of a cash refund, you can transfer your payment to:
- A different cohort (start date) of the same course (if the current cohort has already started)
- Our other course (Digital Marketing 3.0 ↔ AI Product Builder)
A transfer is possible even after the cooling-off period has ended — it’s a fair alternative to a cash refund.
5.1. How to request a transfer
Email digitelia.info@gmail.com with the subject “Transfer Request”, including:
- Your name and email
- The current course name
- Which course or date you’d like to transfer to
- Your preferred start date (we’ll confirm availability or suggest alternatives)
5.2. Approval
- We review requests within 2 business days.
- If the new course is available on the requested date, you’ll be enrolled immediately.
- If not, we’ll offer three of the nearest alternative dates (within 90 days).
5.3. Price difference
- If the new course is cheaper → we refund the difference within 5–10 business days.
- If the new course is more expensive → you pay the difference before the course starts.
- If prices are equal → the transfer happens with no additional payment.
6. If Digitelia cancels or reschedules a course
If Digitelia cancels a course cohort or changes its start date for any reason (insufficient enrollment, technical issues, force majeure, or internal reasons), you have two options:
6.1. Full refund
We will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked, if Digitelia initiates the cancellation.
6.2. Transfer to a new date
You can automatically transfer your payment to a new start date of the same course, or another course, if a suitable alternative is offered.
Process:
- Digitelia will notify you by email of the cancellation and the nearest available alternative dates.
- You have 14 calendar days from the cancellation notice to choose: accept a new date (automatic enrollment), choose an alternative course (Section 5), or request a refund (Section 6.1).
- If you don’t respond within 14 days, Digitelia will automatically issue a 100% refund.
7. When a refund is not available
A refund is not available if:
- The cooling-off period (7 days before start) has passed and the course has already begun (per the criteria in Section 3.1–3.2).
- You did not submit your refund request within the required deadline.
- You simply changed your mind after the cooling-off period ended — however, you can still transfer your payment to another date or course (Section 5), which is a fair, always-available alternative.
Important: We do not ask for proof of poor personal results or disappointment as grounds for denying a refund. The course teaches tools and strategies; your personal business outcomes depend on how you apply them. 8. How refunds are paid
8.1. Standard scenario (approved refund)
Funds are returned the same way you paid:

8.2. Refund processing steps
- We review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, we initiate the refund within 1 business day.
- Your bank/payment provider processes the refund from their side — this typically takes a few additional days (see table above).
- Digitelia is responsible for initiating the refund; delays on the bank/payment-provider side are outside our control.
- We send a refund confirmation receipt by email — please keep it for your records.
9. Disputes and appeals
9.1. If you disagree with a decision
If we declined your refund request and you believe this was incorrect:
- Send a follow-up email to digitelia.info@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Decision Appeal”.
- Clearly explain why you believe the decision was unfair.
- Include any supporting evidence (screenshots of your order, dates of first session attendance, dates of material access, etc.).
- We will review your appeal within 5 business days and provide a final written decision.

All correspondence (requests, appeals, complaints) is retained by Digitelia for at least 3 years.
10. Relationship to other agreements
This Refund Policy is the primary, specialized document governing refunds for the Digital Marketing 3.0 and AI Product Builder online courses.
In case of a conflict between this Policy and other documents (including the Public Offer Agreement or Payment Terms):
- For matters directly related to course refunds, this Policy takes precedence.
- For all other matters relating to training, conduct, privacy, and terms of use, the Public Offer Agreement applies.
11. Changes to this policy
Digitelia reserves the right to update this Refund Policy in the future to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices.
However, such changes do not affect courses you’ve already paid for — the terms in effect on your date of payment always apply to you, not the date a new version is published.
New versions of this policy will be published on this page and on digitelia.com.ua. We will notify existing students of material changes by email.
